We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding; the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a super kingsize bed. The hotel facilities were excellent, including an easy-to-use safe. The location was perfect, within walking distance of nearly 200 restaurants, as well as Canal Street and Bourbon Street. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to Bourbon Street and the Canal street car. We enjoyed the modern decor and the security measures in the hotel. The lounge area with games was a great place to relax and meet other families. The large rooms were a bonus.
Almost perfect, but there were some cleanliness issues.
The cleaning staff need better training as there was a lot of dust, especially in the crevices.
We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The parking arrangements were perfect for us, especially since I'm 8 months pregnant and didn't want to worry about walking or finding faraway parking. Our room on the 16th floor was clean and had an amazing view. The hotel's location was excellent, just minutes away from Bourbon Street, Canal Street, and the casino. We were close to everything and it was convenient to travel to other areas from here. The hotel was also quiet and had excellent security measures in place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was personable and friendly from the moment we arrived. The front desk employee, Brittany, was amazing and provided us with informative and fun recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the valet staff, particularly Robert, was helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to Canal and Bourbon streets, as well as the Mercedes Benz Dome and Baton Rouge. Despite being just across the main street from Bourbon, it was surprisingly quiet compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool, were modern and well-maintained.
