We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, being walking distance to Universal Studios and a short Uber ride away from other attractions in this city. The staff was friendly and helpful, catering to all our needs. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was included in our room rate, and the restaurant staff were hardworking and welcoming.
Nothing it is perfect.
The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for two. The hotel was incredibly clean and had great facilities including a beautiful courtyard with a fire pit and fountain. The pizza bar and Starbucks were an added bonus. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and went above and beyond to help, even with an injured squirrel on the property. The hotel was ideally situated, under 10 minutes away from a mall and right in front of a popular attraction.
Absolutely nothing.
The hotel facilities were clean and beautiful. The pool area was very nice, and the bar had a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The bartenders provided excellent service in the evening after a long day at the parks. The hotel's location was conveniently close to Universal Studios, restaurants, and the Premium Outlet in Florida.
All was perfect.
