I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and the common areas were well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were even friendlier than I remembered from previous visits. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was right across from the Mob Museum and there was plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the area. The hotel has two separate towers, and my room in the Grand Tower was very spacious. Additionally, the hotel was very upscale and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. Everyone in my large group was impressed with the decor and overall maintenance of the hotel. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

The hotel had valet parking, which was convenient. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The shower was spacious and they had great staff. I could easily connect to the WIFI and even enjoy Netflix.

Hard to think of anything.

The rooftop pool was amazing, and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the Fremont area, where all the nice street shows take place. There were many bars and restaurants in the area, except for Pizza Rock. The hotel was also close to stores and movie theaters on Fremont Street. The staff were really nice and explained everything at registration thoroughly.

I had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff were top-notch and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even gave me fantastic recommendations for dinner nearby, which turned out to be delicious. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also perfect - it was close to the bustling Fremont Street, but still quiet in my room. Plus, there were two amazing restaurants just across the street. I loved that I could easily walk everywhere and didn't have to rely on transportation.

Nothing for me.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby. It was in a great area that wasn't too busy, and just a couple of blocks away from Downtown. I didn't have to rely on transportation too much and could walk to everything easily.
