The hotel had outstanding cleanliness, with well-maintained rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a business center and parking options. The location was excellent, especially for those interested in visiting the marina and the Palm. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with a spotless room that was also spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great breakfast with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff, especially Peter at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Mall of Emirates and the MOE metro station. There were also plenty of shops and cafes in the vicinity, making it convenient for us to explore and grab a bite to eat. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, as there was no smell whatsoever. The hotel staff, especially Halim and Nazir, did an incredible job of making our room spotless every day and providing us with water and tea upon request. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
