Everything was very comfortable, the hotel was cute. They made my stay real good. The personnel was especially helpful offered me a newly decorated room with balcony comfy enuff, a jetted tub plus balcony. Liked the fact that check-in was easy. It had prime location short walk to restaurants. A good choice of food options just next door to the venue.
Perfect 10/10 experience, the hotel is cute with stunning location so close to Busch Gardens. Super-friendly and amiable staff as one would expect.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was stunning so close to stores, Williamsburg and restaurants. The room was functional and towels were good.
Some people working there were not very helpful.
