We loved the beautiful hotel with its fabulous bathroom. The entire outdoor area was cleaned every morning, creating a pleasant and tidy atmosphere. The location was perfect for visiting the old town, and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The pool was very nice, and we enjoyed wearing the comfortable robes provided in the room.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being kept spotless throughout our stay. The facilities were great, especially the pool area which provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to the spa for a much-needed treatment and also convenient for catching the Ocean sunset cruise. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent service.

I had the best stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and a beautiful beach. The staff, especially Audrey the concierge manager and Fernando Santana the GM, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool, hot tub, and restaurant with delicious food. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Parking was hassle-free and transportation was easily accessible. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were amazing, including a pool, hot tub, and a beautiful little beach. We also enjoyed the on-site water sports amenities, trying out para-sailing and jet ski tours. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in this city, including the ferry to Dry Tortugas National Park. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The breakfast offered with our room was a great convenience, providing delicious and guaranteed morning meals.
Nothing that we didn't like.
We loved the hotel's location on the waters edge, within walking distance of everything. It was so convenient to be able to walk to Mallory Square where all the Nightlife on the island is, as well as being close enough to walk anywhere within the historic part of this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast at the hotel dining area was delicious and convenient.
For us, it was ideal.
