The staff here were super friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and were happy to answer any questions I had. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was delicious. The location was great, with the Tampa zoo just a short distance away. There were also a few restaurants in the area, making it convenient for dining options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The transportation to the theme park was flawless, with helpful staff like Falah providing excellent service. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the facilities were up to standard. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting Busch Gardens, with the complementary shuttle making it convenient to get there. Additionally, the hotel was within 30 minutes of many other attractions in this city, as well as downtown Tampa and Clearwater beaches. The staff members were friendly and professional, making my overall experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The parking is free and the location is convenient for visiting Busch Gardens. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.
