We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, including Bernardo at La Vista and Joseph at Da Vinci, were wonderful and made our experience memorable. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with fresh towels and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an on-site sushi hut and nightly shows by the pool area. The location was perfect, near the Museum and shops, providing us with stunning views of both the lagoon and ocean.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful views from the balconies. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The pool area was always clean and served as a great gathering spot for both pre and post-dinner activities. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a bus stop right next to the hotel and a convenience store nearby. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Can't fault anything about it.
The hotel staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The beach was beautiful and I especially loved the Thai bed, it was definitely worth splurging on. The food at the Pina Grill and La Vista was delicious and the staff at both restaurants were really friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms, and the views from the balconies were stunning.
There was nothing I didn't like.
