I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staffs attention on check-out was excellent. The hotel facilities were impressive. The location was conveniently close to a park.
Nothing to fault.
The hotel's location right across the theater was incredibly convenient. I was able to walk to the show and didn't have to worry about parking or transportation. It's in a very safe neighborhood, and being within walking distance from the Alamo and Riverwalk made exploring this city a breeze. Plus, there's a McDonald's nearby, perfect for a quick bite before heading out. The hotel staff was also excellent, with Martin the concierge going above and beyond in helping me make dinner reservations at top-notch restaurants in the area.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to everything downtown and within walking distance. It was only a couple of blocks from the River Walk, making it convenient to explore the beautiful San Antonio scenery. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided each morning.
