The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. The staff at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of museums, local eateries , and shopping. Despite a temporary power outage, the staff quickly worked to resolve the issue and get breakfast and other services back on track. the hotel provided excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a convenient location.
All was perfect.
The cleanliness of both the hotel and our room was impeccable. The property, including the balony and parking lot, was well-maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities exceeded our expectations, especially the peaceful balony where we enjoyed beautiful views. The location is ideal, as it allowed us to easily walk to the shops and explore the vibrant Main Street, which is filled with bars, shops, and the Pacific museum. the staff, particularly the gentleman on duty when we arrived, were incredibly nice and made us feel welcome. This hotel provided us with a seamless and enjoyable experience.
