We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a beautiful pool area, clean and quiet, perfect for sunbathing. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa, right in the city center. A wide range of transportation options were available, including nice hotel cars and very polite drivers. The breakfast was the best we've ever had, with a great variety of choices, including delicious smoothies and yoghurts. The room was spacious and had ample storage space for our luggage.

The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. They took great care of me and my family, recognizing our previous stay and even surprising us with a special treat for our baby moon. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding and we had the flexibility to choose when to have our room cleaned. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in downtown close to the mall and Burj Khalifa. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were always attentive to our needs.
