The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a stunning marina view. The location was perfect, close to Key West and with easy access to transportation options. The breakfast provided delicious options, and the parking was convenient.
Absolutely nothing.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the beautiful and clean property with modern decor, the excellent service, and the peaceful marina. We also enjoyed the delicious food and the relaxed atmosphere that made us feel like part of the family. Additionally, the location was great as it was a short 10-minute drive to a sandy beach. We will definitely stay longer next time.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
I loved EVERY SINGLE THING about this hotel! The staff, location, rooms, and grounds were all perfect. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in any hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby city, which was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel is very accommodating to both couples and families, with lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy.
Everything was spot on.
We had a fantastic stay! The staff was amazing - shoutout to Jeffrey, Ryan, and Darry at the restaurant. The hotel was clean and well-designed, with spacious rooms and great views. We loved the pool and the two on-site restaurants/bars, especially during happy hour. The location was perfect - away from the busy downtown area but still just a short walk from delicious breakfast and Cuban cuisine at Deluna's. We can't wait to come back!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room, though small, was really nice, especially with its marina or pool facing view. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was impressive, and the staff was excellent. Joe, in particular, was extremely helpful when my husband fell ill. The hotel's restaurant was also top-notch, and the bed and linens were fabulous. The location of the hotel, away from the drunken spring-break ambiance of the old town, gave it a down-to-earth and relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, I loved that the dolphin tour left directly from the hotel marina.
Can't fault the property in any way.
