I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk or a quick water taxi ride to the Universal theme parks. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area that had a waterslide for the kids. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved being able to enjoy breakfast at the hotel and the transportation options made it easy to explore the surrounding area. this hotel provided one of the best club level accommodations I have experienced.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The hotel facilities, including the pool area, were top notch and provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Additionally, the hotel offered unlimited express passes, which allowed us to skip the lines and make the most of our time at the parks.

I had the most amazing time at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The guy who checked me in, with the long white beard, was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios, just a short walk away. The early access to the park and the complimentary express passes were a huge plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area with the fun film and slide. The breakfast was delicious and the valet guys were not only kind but also had great tips about the parks. everything about this hotel was wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room service was exceptional, always leaving our room spotless after a long day at the park. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and Nan, our bartender during happy hour, was a delight.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The pool area was amazing and so much fun. I also loved that the hotel included Unlimited Express Passes, which were a great value. The early check-in option allowed me to get my passes and head straight to the parks. Additionally, the hotel easily accommodated my reservation change due to unforeseen circumstances. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to this city.
