I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything well maintained and very clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the five different pools that were wonderful and very clean. Getting a chair for 4 to 5 people was never a problem. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and the Isla Mujeres pier. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The building and grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel had five pools and a gorgeous beach, providing plenty of options for relaxation. We loved the convenient location near the ferry that goes to Isla Mujeres, allowing us to easily explore this stunning island. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the staff, especially César Soberanis, provided exceptional service. Our spacious apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen, living room, fridge, and balcony with a great view. The hotel also provided a safe environment to venture out and explore the markets and nearby attractions.

The hotel facilities, including multiple pools and a beautiful beach, provided us with plenty of options for relaxation. The staff, from Marlene who cleaned our room to David at the pool, were amazing and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to start our day right.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained and very clean swimming pools and a beautifully kept grounds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious one-bedroom apartment equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub and two small shower rooms. The breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lovely pools and the sea was a delightful start to our day. The staff were friendly and provided amazing service by the beach and pools. We also loved the refreshing cocktails offered at the hotel.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The spacious 1-bedroom suite was perfect for our family, and they even provided a real crib for our little one. The buffet had a nice variety of delicious meals and the service by Alfredo, Jesus, and the other staff members was exceptional. The pools were clean and we had no trouble finding chairs for our family. The hotel's location provided a safe and peaceful atmosphere, away from crowded areas. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, which was cleaned daily and offered free snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. It was also convenient to catch a ferry to Isla Mujeres from the beach, just across the water. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the ferry, and the friendly staff made our stay unforgettable.
